Store Policies

All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in the original packaging and include the original packing slip. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Unopened merchandise with all original packaging and packing slips may be exchanged or returned for a full refund to the paypal account used to purchase, minus shipping/handling charges and re-stocking fee. Opened merchandise will receive a store credit. All returns will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. 2TK Enterprises takes great care in packaging your items to ensure a safe arrival, but due to circumstances beyond our control, 2TK Enterprises will not be responsible for loss or damage in shipping. Purchase of shipping insurance is optional, but recommended to cover against loss or damage.
